The recipe for Happiness

Happiness arrives when we forgive our past, accept our present and manifest our future.

It is obvious that we cannot be free in the present if we have not forgiven our past.

Also, we cannot be happy if we do not accept our present reality, whatever it may be.

Plus since our human nature demands from us that we improve our lives and our world,  we will not be happy unless we do our bit to imagine, visualize and co-create a more harmonious future.

None of these attitudes are easy: we have difficulty forgiving, accepting and manifesting. But the good news is that these attitudes are like muscles and we just need to exercise them a little to make them  part of our habits and let them provide our happiness, which is closer than we might suspect.
